Hey everyone,

I am shakib here, today I am going to talk about one of my favorite things which gives me joy and ridiculous happiness which is baking. I enjoy baking even more rather than whipping the cake or cookies. For me baking means lot, like making good relation and honesty with lovers one and its also work like a bit stress reliever.

Someone could be thought that is baking mean just following the recipe? Scientifically it is true though but it also holds some creative room to work. In the online platform or in any cookbook you can easily find the instruction of making cakes or cookies, but apart from that you have full right to give your own touch upon them. What you are searching for? A spicier batch of muffins? You can also though some chili flex there if you want fruity flavor. You can also add some blue or black berries to your pan cake batter. it depends on some one’s preference and what suit them.   

Baking sometime is not always perfect as picture. Every time when I finish my baking session its always looks like a flour bomb. But definitely it’s a part of fun and charm, isn’t it? it signifies the amount of your fun that you have in the time of baking and it also create a family moment when you mix ingredients and beautiful treat.

Let’s talk about my family. Baking is now become a family tradition in my household. Myself, grandmother and my mother we gather every Eid for baking cakes and cookies. We basically make different kinds of cookies. it’s a messy thing. The whole floor spread with flour, we share stories and of course after that we enjoy the delicious results.

The outcome is very satisfying when you will able to pull a perfect cake from oven. Even it also satisfying to watch someone’s delighting face when he / she bites the cake. It is a small platform of love, where you can let know someone that how much you care about him or her.

So, if you are searching for a new hobby then definitely you can have a try for baking cake. You might be surprised when you will see your own creation. It won’t be a masterpiece in your first try though but still it will be fun. Baking doesn't have to be all about cakes and cookies. Explore savory options like quiches, pies, or even homemade bread! The possibilities are endless. I’m guaranteed you that, you’re going to gain a great experience.
